At Tail Bazaar, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. However, to maintain quality and safety standards, we do not offer refunds. Only replacements are allowed for items explicitly mentioned as eligible for replacement under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

 
  • Items eligible for replacement must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original condition, free from fur, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, and hygiene-related items (e.g., pet grooming tools, foods) may not be eligible for replacement.

2. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the replacement is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

3. Exchanges

 
  • If you received a defective or damaged item that is eligible for replacement, we offer a replacement for the same product.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Cancellations

 
  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the standard replacement policy applies.
